Shipping, Returns, and Privacy Policy
Shipping
We currently offer five shipping options within the United States:
1. US Postal Service Priority Mail (1 - 3 business days)
2. UPS Ground (3 - 7 business days)
3. UPS 3 Day Select (3 business days)
4. UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
5. UPS Next Day Air Saver
The cost for shipping is based upon the total weight and size of the order. Shipping charges may be calculated in the shopping cart prior to order submission.
For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail only. Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday, Wednesday - Saturday 11:00AM - 7:00PM PT Sunday 12:00PM - 6:00PM PT, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two business days.

Returns and Cancellations
Unopened Heliotrope orders can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. In the interest of preventing possible product contamination, we will only accept returns of unopened original shipping packages. Upon the receipt and confirmation of a returned package, a full credit card refund will be issued. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for each refund to be processed.
Please contact us by phone or email in order to cancel an order. If the order has not yet shipped, a credit card refund will be immediately submitted. For orders that have already shipped, we ask that you return the unopened package to us, at which time we will submit a credit card refund. For cancellations of orders that have already shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used only to fulfill your order and, with your permission, to add you to the Heliotrope Mailing List.
